These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your access to and use of the Rivannah website, online store, products, services, content, features and related services (collectively, the "Services").
In these Terms, "Rivannah", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Rivannah, the business operating this online store. "You", "your" or "customer" refers to any person who accesses, browses, places an order through, or otherwise uses our Services.
Our online store is hosted and powered by Shopify, which provides the technology that enables us to operate our online store.

Where a product page contains claims about cosmetic benefits, those claims should be understood in the context of the product's intended cosmetic use.
SECTION 6 — ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
When you submit an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that Rivannah has accepted the order.

SECTION 7 — CASH ON DELIVERY AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
Where Cash on Delivery ("COD") is offered, customers agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information and to accept the order at the specified delivery address.
We may contact customers by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email or other available communication channels to confirm an order where reasonably necessary.
Repeated refusal to accept confirmed COD orders, providing false contact information, or intentionally placing fraudulent orders may result in cancellation of future orders or other appropriate action.
COD availability may vary by location, product, order value or courier availability.
SECTION 8 — PRICES, DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
All prices displayed on our website are in the currency shown on the relevant product or checkout page.
Prices, discounts, promotions and offers may change from time to time.
Unless otherwise stated, the applicable product price is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

We deliver orders through available courier and delivery partners.
Delivery times displayed on our website are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather, public holidays, security conditions, natural events, strikes, customs requirements, incorrect customer information and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch accepted orders within the stated processing period.
However, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and reachable contact information.
If a package cannot be delivered because the customer provides incorrect information, is unavailable, refuses delivery, or otherwise prevents delivery, additional delivery charges or order restrictions may apply where permitted by law.

SECTION 11 — RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Because Rivannah sells personal-care and skincare products, certain opened, used or tampered-with products may not be eligible for return or exchange for hygiene and safety reasons, subject to applicable law.
Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery and contact Rivannah as soon as reasonably possible if an item is damaged, incorrect, defective or otherwise does not conform to the order.
Nothing in our Refund & Return Policy or these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Our online store is hosted and powered by Shopify.
Shopify provides the technology infrastructure that allows us to operate our online store. However, purchases made through our store are transactions between you and Rivannah.
Shopify is not the seller of Rivannah products and is not responsible for the products sold by Rivannah or for the fulfillment of orders placed with Rivannah, except to the extent required under applicable law or under Shopify's own applicable terms.
Certain information submitted through our store may be processed by Shopify and other service providers in accordance with our Privacy Policy and their applicable policies.

Nothing in this section prevents Rivannah, its authorized service providers or its authorized business systems from using automation, software agents or AI-enabled tools to operate, manage, analyze or improve the Rivannah business, provided such use complies with applicable law and relevant third-party platform terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services where permitted by applicable law, including where you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, misuse our Services, or create a security or legal risk.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
